What it costs, how long it takes, and who pays the customs.
Every order ships direct from our mill in La Moskitia, Honduras. Nothing sits in a US warehouse first. That is the point of buying from us, and it is also why lead times look different from a domestic supplier's.
We ship worldwide. United States orders check out online. Orders outside the United States are quoted for freight separately, within one business day, before anything ships and before you are charged for freight.
Typically 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery in the United States, depending on the season and current stock. Harvest, weather and export paperwork in Honduras all move that number, and we would rather tell you a real date than a comfortable one. Drum orders take longer and we give you a date with the quote.
You get a tracking number by email the moment your shipment leaves. If tracking has not moved in five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
For shipments outside Honduras, any import duty, tax, customs charge or brokerage fee is yours to pay, on top of the price and the freight. We declare shipments honestly and at their real value; we cannot mark an order as a gift or under-declare it.
Importing a cosmetic ingredient is regulated differently in every country. Confirming that you may lawfully import this material, and holding any licence or registration your country requires, is your responsibility. If a shipment is refused or destroyed by customs for a reason on your side, we cannot refund it.
We ship to the address you give us. Check it. An address we cannot deliver to, or a parcel returned because nobody claimed it, will be reshipped at your cost.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a shipment is lost in transit, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier and either replace it or refund you.
The documentation that travels with a shipment, such as a Certificate of Analysis, technical data sheet or safety data sheet, is confirmed with you before dispatch. Tell us if your import or your quality system needs a particular document and we will arrange it in advance.
